There a problem between which is why maybe it delayed first of all many other characters from cartoon show cost money if adult swim try to get many original cast people who was voice of many cartoon characters and i think it might cost many since there gonna be many actor more then 100 or more then that probably that why it got delayed

That’s not really the problem with Pibby, It takes time for them to recreate the cartoon’s artstyle which they’ll have to hire some of those who used to work on the show or people who can accurately recreate themselves
