When this song was on the radio charts it had an interesting factoid. Car listeners play "Change That Tune". As in, when a song comes on the radio, I can hit the button on the dash and Change That Tune in 2 notes, etc. Maybe it's still played. I don't know. Anyway, the radio rating services track how long the average listener listens to a song after it starts.
This song held the record for the longest time the average listener kept it playing. Hands down.
I can understand why.

Its crazy as this is a song that brings me back to my 8 year old life. When it released it was all over the airwaves. Amazing musician CC is...Great work here man! I play in E standard. Sounds ok ..I can drop to that sharp manually but I found just playing staying in A shape I can play along and sounds spot on even though I'm playing it slightly wrong. Hahah. Great work man!! Takes me back my friend.

I've been a "rough" player since the beginning...very rough. Through years the guitar it's been a challenge mainly to play others' pieces....tried many times to arrange it but with awful result...
Lately instead of learn others music I've started to improvise a sort of own sound and discovered different tuning on the guitar.... today I've learned the open D....and why this song has always sounded so magically...

This is such a great song imo. Dream like. I have never done Open D tuning, but will look it up. Much better than all the Capo stuff I have seen in the past for this song when I looked it up a couple years ago. Sounds great. Thanks man. Great stuff!
