What a nice little farm, the owners have done a very good job creating a pleasant place to live. All the hard and messy work has been done, the new owners will be able to move right in and start gardening!

You say many rimes rural construction but miss the most vital part of the information- can you habit/live here legally? Does it have habitation licence or an expemtion certificate? Please clarify.

bonsoir melanie, le terrain est superbe, la maison ok mais voisins trop proche . une maison en pierre en cours de rénovation avec terrain pour et j aurai 50000 pour la rénovation . un endroit calme , terrain propre si olivier, orange .. extra . d avance je vous remercie, bon week end
