Hey guys!! I wanted to share this tip incase nothing works well for you anymore... so I've been researching and I even asked my dad and he told me this, "if you want to be at the top, don't sleep"

And you might think, "wait that's unhealthy" but the true meaning is: rather than sleeping 8 hours a day or not having enough sleep to go to school, take naps.

For example I just started this routine and it's been going amazing, I wake up at 5am and do my stuff, by the time it's 12pm or 1pm I will sleepy so I take a nap until 3-4pm then I go on with my busy day. If I get sleepy again I'd say it'd be around 10pm or a bit before that so I'd nap for 3-4 hours again and stay awake. My dad told me that napping will help you strengthen your memory and it'll help you study harder. That's why almost all the old scientist used to only nap / barely sleep.

What worked for me wasn't deleting social media, it was using it in a different way.Instead of scrolling trought mindlessly, , I watched videos that are useful and make me feel good!Like notion tutorials, studying tips, decluttering videos and more!These are not addicting like shorts and after watching them a bit I'm satesfied and get back to work feeling better.Use your device as a tool, not a distraction and it will work to your atvantage!
