Microservices Architecture Patterns - Strangler
Показать описание
The Strangler Pattern is a technique used in microservices architecture to gradually transition from a monolithic application to a microservices-based system. The approach involves creating new, independent microservices for specific features or functionalities while leaving the existing monolith intact. Over time, functionality is incrementally moved from the monolith to the new microservices. This allows for a smooth and controlled migration, enabling developers to iteratively "strangle" the monolith by reducing its scope and importance as more features are moved to microservices, ultimately decommissioning the monolith once the transition is complete.
