My transport truck gets paid $ 1.25 / mile and the water powered hydro generator dam is 10 miles from my house . Maybe i should charge ontario hydro the same rate for delivering their cable .

An citizen of the USA can say 'I'm an American' and it conjures an immediate sense of importance, independence, self directed, freedom loving people united under a agreed upon belief on how a people should be as a country.
