If you're going for horror mods I've never actually seen someone go through the original From the Fog mod and get all the advancements, and I think that'd be fascinating if you want to do it! I know FTF is incredibly popular right now, but 9 times out of 10 people who are showcasing it just added it to a modpack with a bunch of "dweller" type monsters and weeping angels and insanity shaders and they don't get the full psychological horror factor of being steadily stalked because they're too busy running from big things with teeth. Also if you ARE going for "big things with teeth" the Sirenhead mod [Siren Head: The Arrival, by YeOldeDingus on Curseforge] is pretty well made and the Bread Dweller [The Bread Dweller by Smoreh on Curseforge] is hilarious (and not as well made, but I guess you can't tick all the boxes). There are also things like "The Boiled One", "The Cartoon Cat" and "Vita Carnis" that are mostly scary because they're based off popular analogue horror content, but they could be fun too. Also, banger video (as always)!

If you want horror mods, Red Eye Barry is a good one! Also the Man from Hell, a very balanced threat while also being scary, especially in the Nether and the End!
