its crazy how much the "planes" explanation made so much sense, this guy helped me understand rendering more than my actual color theory prof. tnx.

This is actually a really difficult portrait to draw/paint. The unusual angle plus the orange/blue light combo and the wet skin. Kudos to the original artist for giving it a go!

Ver estos shorts es casi un vicio, me encanta que en cada uno aprendo algo diferente. 🤍

i really admire how you stay consistent with the original style of the drawing all while educating not only the artist, but everyone else watching too! the critiques are actual critiques and can be fixed (as demonstrated lol)

eta: sorry that my comment isn't 'original', you don't need to keep mentioning it lmao. if it really matters that much to everyone, it goes for EVERY DRAWING he does, not just this one. every piece he works on, he stays consistent with the original art piece, as well as the reference used (if any at all). can i not admire someone who is able to do all of this consistently and has genuine feedback with the pieces? jeez

I love how he always says at the end?: "did we improve this drawing?👉🏼👈🏼🥺" like he doesn't know he killed it.

Angel has been so nice lately.. It's like when he grew out his hair, he grew a heart too.

I love how this fella instead of making fun of the person’s art, he points out the things he likes about the drawings. That really motivates someone.

You give really amazing tips, I learn a lot just from scrolling through your shorts! 💗

I love these videos because the advice he gives is really easy to understand and shows how to put it in practice. But something I haven't seen anyone talk about is the subtle changes you make that also improve the painting. For example, the eyes and the hair in this video are different in a good way, and catching those differences tell me I am better at observing art and possible mistakes I may make in the future.

Какой ты чудесный, так отлично все объяснил🤩
Элементарные знания, но на примере ты намного лучше начинаешь понимать их

I love how he points out all the things the artist did right before adding to the drawing. So constructive

From what I gather after watching many of your shorts, the best tip is: Be bolder with your shadows by using higher contrast

let me just say that this guy has an actual talent, not just the talent of art but the talent of teaching it and making it so simple to understand, honestly if this guy would sell courses for a premium, it would be worth it

I've watched so many people "improve" people's art to only go and change the entire style to their own. I appreciate that you truly improve upon what is there and explain it in a way that should help the artist understand the concepts better.
