The two small Parts they tell you to use but do not show in the video cover the smooth rods on the top of the printer ( where the threaded bolt and smooth rod and locked into place shown and around 2:28) The small acrylic parts, "to me anyway" look like they cap off the smooth rod.
Also The smooth rods that go into the motor chassis that drive the extruder can go deeper. The video shows the builder using hand pressure to assemble the extruder guide. I had to put the rods in the motor assembly first and used my hand to "hammer" the rods down far enough to to line up the threaded rods with the couplers. I tried to get rid of the "slag" with a screw driver but upon further inspection it looked like the plastic tapers down in the hole.

They go into the top around the threading bar with the lip on the top into the larger plastic holder

The beginning of this video says we need to use the small acrylic parts that are about 1 inch long with two holes in them. This video doesn't go on to use these parts though. My best guess is that they screw over the top of the smooth rods, but I'll leave them out for now. hopefully another video explains what to do with these parts!!

so manual says to hot glue the nut in the nut trap but how exactly is the whole assembly supposed to slide up and down the smooth rods if the nut is glued in the nut trap not allowing assembly to move????

where should I get the rest of the parts after using the acrylics? Your instructions really are a joke, but nobody in here knows how to assemble this. Already regretting chosen this over other printers that do the same are easier to assemble.

Its not the rods!! its the plastic molded part the the motor attached too. there is slag in the hole that will need to be removed either with a screw driver or 5/16th drill bit. im sorry guys we are working on correcting the issue here with the injection machine.
