The Best Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe - Easy Baked Chicken Breasts

This easy baked Lemon pepper chicken recipe is the best lemon pepper chicken you will ever have ;) The chicken breasts are baked in a delicious lemon pepper marinade, they come out so tender and packed with all the right flavors. A must make Easy Lemon pepper chicken recipe.

KITCHEN UTENSILS

I don't have a link to the exact baking pan i used in this video, but i linked a similar baking pan i love and use in the videos.

INGREDIENTS

4 MEDUIM size chicken breasts ( About 2 Lbs)
1 Tbs olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
3 tsp lemon pepper spice
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 zest and juice of a whole lemon
1 medium onion, sliced
3 Tbs of butter

**NOTES**
Bake at 375 F 30 to 40 mins
Baking time depends on how thick your chicken is, start checking for an internal temperature of 165F after 30 mins.
Make sure you don't over bake otherwise you will end up with dry chicken.

omg my boyfriend and i LOVED this recipe. i didn’t have dried thyme so i had to use an italian herb mix that i had and i also didn’t have fresh garlic so i had to use garlic powder. i was worried it wouldn’t come out as great but even then it was still amazing!! it was so juicy and flavorful! i was so surprised considering this was my first time making baked chicken. thank u for ur help!!
