Actually Millie fell down into Finn’s arms because she was exhausted because of how many hours they had to film that scene

Here's one- in "Stand By Me", there is a scene where the kids are running down a railroad, and they are crying because they aren't sure if they will make it before the train runs them over. In one of the director commentary clips, one of the director said that they had yelled at the kids, and had made them cry beforehand to make the scene work.
