Benz is an EV with four motors in each wheel, so can control it's speed. If you take right turn, left rear tyre rotates slightly faster than right tyre which aids the steering...

Not just that, the lane change (and stability in general) at high speeds is also easier!!
The rear wheels are pointing in same direction as front wheels avoiding what is known as "fishtailing" where the car may oversteer otherwise.

It's about steering radius.. Not about rear axle or front axle. My explorer takes lesser radius than my BMW 3 series.
