I have the exact same cooler and I find it to be better than I first expected.

Using the cooler setting uses small water particles/mist from the top water container to help cool you down. I/we use this as a personal space cooler, it cools my workspace area down perfectly fine. Btw if you add ice cubes in the top with the water, you will find that using the cooler setting is even more effective 👍

My only issue with it is that the water does not really last that long and it could be a bit quieter when the fan is on speed 3 or 4, but apart from that it good and works great here in the UK.

had mine for 2 months and now the red light wont stop blinking. cant get it to work now. why? what happened? please help.

I have this same model. It works best in a room with dry air. I put it beside my bed at night time and it does a great job with keeping me comfortable and cool. My only concern is it's cheap Chinese build quality (no offense to our host.) But the so-called "curtain" on the inside is just a piece of cardboard and it won't take long for that piece to get dirty and smelly and retain bacteria. It's not built in a user friendly fashion so it can easily be taken apart to give it the cleaning that it will routinely need. As for that piece of cardboard inside, it would probably just turn to mush as soon as you touch it AND I don't see any replacements online! This product should NOT sell for any more than $25.

hey, I just got mine yesterday. I turned it on the first time and it worked perfectly without any problems. Now I wanted to turn it on again, but after I plugged it in, the red light is blinking and I can't use my cooler. Do you have an idea what the problem is or do you know where I can write to with this?

Its so dumb that they dont put a 1, 5 A adapter thing in there and just make it cost 10 bucks more or something... very annoying now i have to look for one somewhere.

I was thinking of putting a little shelf on the wall in my Canopy bed and putting one of these in my enclosed canopy would this be a good product to keep me cool in a canopy bed that is enclosed???
