You’re awesome! Love you. You’re my GO TO for all things Real Estate!

In other words. There's "NO FULL" reciprocity no where. You can't just go online and buy it. You gotta take the 40hours of a very excruciating exam again in every state that requires or offers reciprocity! Instead of the 100/120 or so plus National that you'll bypass. .

I’ve just started watching your videos and really appreciate the effort and information you put into them! Do you think you could do a pro/con video about the for sale by owner process? I’d love to hear about your experience as an agent dealing with for sale by owner properties. Are there any general ‘rules of thumb’ for those transactions? I have an agent that is reticent to deal with them, so I’d love to hear another perspective. Keep putting out this great content!!

Hello, thank you so much for this video. I do hold a Real Estate Lic in Florida and am relocating to Savannah Ga for business. I am considering the reciprocity with Georgia but don’t know if I would be wanting to take another exam again. 😆

I'm licensed in illinois, but I want to be licensed in California as well. Do I just have to take State exam? 🤔
