Remains of Ontario man missing since 2018 found in his backyard

York police have opened an investigation after the remains of a 30-year-old man missing since 2018 was found in the yard of his home.

They need to clarify, it just says 'in his backyard', so did he live with his family, alone, or with someone else? if he lived with family that makes it really hard for someone to bury him in their yard without them knowing, making them the obvious suspects, but if he lived with someone else or alone then it's a lot harder to solve.

The guy that was arrested and charged with his murder is the same guy who had a shootout with police at Bayview and Major Mack in January of 2020.
