I'm still in shock over how EJC was taken seriously and given an 83 million dollar settlement mainly for "defamation." Are men not allowed to deny false charges and call a woman a lunatic if she's making baseless outrageous claims?

1) She has an established history of targeting wealthy men with false rape allegations in her past.

2) She can't even remember what decade the "assault" happened in. A true victim of SA remembers actual details.

3) The judge denied Trump's legal team the right to present tons of evidence establishing her mental instability living like a lunatic in the woods and saying "rape is sexy" to Anderson on CNN, and her being a clear opportunist laughing and celebrating the settlement on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow.

If this was anyone but Trump, the case would've been laughed out of court. But it is held with a biased judge who openly hates Trump in a Democratic heavy district with lawyers who have ties to Biden.

So people understand Trump had to pay for saying his property was worth a certain amount. Not for missing payments or being delinquent on the loans. Self appraisal of assets happens every day in the US. A similar instance is when you have a classic car and the insurance asks you to appraise it in order to cover it completely. You can appraise it at $10 million if you want. You just have to pay that amount. Trumps property may have some historical value as well as the basic property worth.
