Is there a switch to HD channel button? On the old remote you'd press "c" and then it would launch your sd channel to the HD version of the channel. Is it still available this time around?

The older remote works on FiOS one . I was told by Verizon the old remote will not work.. It does work. So don't get rid of the older remote. I just tried it & I'm using the older remote do not like the New one that you have to talk to.

Awesome quick explanation. Verizon's site lists Play/Pause and the Letter O, not the Number 0. Huge difference!!

Since Verizon's YT page disables leaving comments I wanted to share with you all something that worked for me.
I recently moved a TV into my 55" TV into the master bedroom because I got a new larger TV for the family room. I needed to program the Fios One remote to the new TV so that I could control the volume etc. I wan't able to do it with the holding Play and 0 button. Fios on another site or video said to press the voice button first the Play and 0 at the same time. It still didn't work.


I had to remove the Fios One Remote batteries from the remote. Then when I put them back in the remote's light flashed green. I then pressed the Play and 0 button until I saw the light flash blue. When I let get at that point I could see on the screen it was setting up my remote. When it was done I was able to control the TV with the FIOS remote.

This worked for me. I hope it works for those of you who experienced what I was experiencing.

When I push any of the main remote control button, the volume will go up or done. Why? Ex: I push the back button and the volume will go up if that was the last volume I chose.

For years my wife and I used 2 Verizon remotes. Now we have upgraded Fios hardware and a new remote which works great. I bought a second remote and of course it pairs but kicks wifey’s remote off. I’m guessing it’s because they are Bluetooth devices and only one works at a time, not together.
Is there any solution?

Quick question. So I’ve tried this method several times and it will flash blue and than turn red. My clicker only works to turn the tv on and off. Thoughts? Maybe I need a new box. Thanks.

Mine says that its connected but it will then say it is configuring but never complete the loading. Whatever buttons i press it does light up but it wont do the action on the tv. It would be nice if you have a solution.
