The Wake of Donal Dineen and Small Hours

During the first week in December 2011 the last four shows of the alternative music radio program 'Small Hours' were broadcast on Irish National Radio. Hosted by Donal Dineen, each night the show featured performances from a handful of Ireland's most emerging
and established independent musicians.. like it had done for fifteen years.

I used to fall asleep to this show every night, The music and Donals voice were so hypnotising. I miss them nights a lot. I still have a cassette tape with a recording of the full show one night. One of my prized possessions..

Can anyone remember the name of the band who played on his last night? The show ran past 2am so couldn't look it up on the TodayFm Player! It was some guy whose name began with D. Terrible description but that's all I got :P
