For those confused:
Metal and Sonic were both connected to each other. What Sonic felt Metal felt too. What Metal felt, Sonic did too. So when Metal saw under Sarah skirt, Sonic saw it too, and furthermore when Sarah started to actally kick and step on Metal, Sonic felt it all the same.

Too bad Metal was under Eggmaans controll. At the very end when Tails managed to break the controll, Metal immidietly did something good and heroic, he saved Mr. President and the Old Owl man
