Focus on those who achieve, those who contribute, those who become heroes even without recognition, those who become parents, those who become siblings, those who become loved ones, etc.

This world could have been crowded with all the bad things. But there are still good people in it. They can boost optimism that life is not just about holding your breath, but also making it more meaningful.
