2019 Kia Niro EV LED Fog Light Installation

Led Headlight Installation:

** I will not link to the bulbs I used because I had to modify the bracket to get it to fit. You may have better luck with a different manufacturer or choose these and modify them yourself. I will link to the resistors I used as they work perfectly.**

Hi good day and happy new year 2022. I tried to remove the H10/9006HB3 foglight light socket to my Kia e-niro 2021 model but it so hard to remove. Can I ask a detail video on how to it from the foglight housing? Thanks 🙏

Just a heads up that I tried the same thing with our Niro EV, but when checking the light output from the fog lights I found them to be completely unfocused on the road. It seems that similar to the headlights, the fog lights are very sensitive to the location of the filament on the halogen bulbs. These types of bulbs will result in a totally useless throw pattern.

Can you be more specific about removing the bulb? There seems to be a plastic ring or tab in the way and I can't turn it at all.

I am going to be getting a eNiro in March 2020. Thanks for doing the LED conversion video. I can’t seem to find info on the rear TURN INDICATOR lights. Are they LED and if not, can they be converted? Do you know?

Couldn't you just get a new fog light module for the canbus/fuse box/relay or whatever? You said your car uses H10 for the fog lights but I've got a 2017 Niro and it looks like it uses H8 fog lights. Wonder if you know anyone with a Niro that uses H8 and whether or not they needed the resistor or a module. Thanks for the video!!

FYI, yellow fog light bulbs cut through the fog better than a white light. The white light reflects fog. Kind of defeats the purpose of fog lights.

H10 led bulbs does not fit on 2022 niro My 2022 niro ev takes 9006/HB4 led bulbs. I've been using the BEAMTECH brand with great results and no need for resistors.
