I mean cool...but thats also illegal. Its just one of those things nobody would call in on or enforce. Same reason you get random flyers or cards on your car but nothing happens even if something bad happens (like it rains, paint from card sticks to paint on car, then when removed it takes your cars paint with it causing damage...ask me how i know).
