I just think my standards have gotten lower, I used to be really into coffee, I'd grind it fresh everyday, but now maybe because of life responsibilities, I love just opening up this can, putting it in the coffee maker, and just having a fairly decent coffee that isn't weird at all. Folgers isn't bitter, or sour, it's decent black or with creamer. It gets the job done which is why I kinda love it. It's a jack of all trades, master of none kinda coffee.

I’ve tried a lot of coffee’s and always come back to Folgers Classic Roast. I can drink black w/ cream and sugar. Best thing it’s smooth and doesn’t cause me to have an upset stomach after drinking a few pots 😂

This was my Moms favorite coffee, she used to drink it every morning for as long as my memory could serve me! It’s now my favorite coffee too. I this, better than any overpriced gourmet coffee shops imo. So tasty, rich and delicious!

I too disagree with criticizing Folgers as bad coffee. I recently learned to make coffee-tea with Folgers and Lipton, and evaporated milk and sugar and it was delicious. I don't think there are any bad coffees out there just as long as it is not stale. Not instant coffee or any of them. People probably drink the same brew all the time because that is their taste preference or probably because they just don't care to try anything else.

If you buy Folgers in 48 or 51 oz sizes it’s around $10.00 or less at Sam’s. About 4 times more than your little container of Folgers. You stated when you looked for the larger size Folgers coffee it wasn’t much cheaper well you must of not looked hard enough then?

As a young man age 19, folgers classic roast is my jam and you can't go wrong with it. I pick up a medium size canister and go though quite a bit. I drink that every morning and it's fantastic. I love the taste of folgers classic roast and for me i don't drink any energy drink like monster. I rather drink coffee than energy drink.

What kind of filter did you use? Maybe you got the cardboard taste from the filter? I'm drinking Foldgers Classic right now for the first time and am impressed with the smooth taste.

Folgers is alright. I've done their Classic and Black Silk. Of those two, I take the Classic. I just think it has a better smell and initial taste. The after taste leaves something to be desired in both cases, but I mask that with cream. So as a rule I find Folgers decent.

That said, my preferred daily coffee in my programmed maker is Yuban. On the weekends I usually make Roasterie coffee - usually either Betty's Recipe or KC Blend. I save this for the weekends because I want to take my time with the grind, brew (often French pressed), and sipping to enjoy.

I dunno I really like Folger. I think it is more about switching it up every now and then. I was drinking ikea, starbucks dunkins and illys; I am really liking my Folger but might feel the same way as this channel over time.

Folger remind me of the work coffee if you work as a police or post office :)

This is the coffee I was raised on growing up. It was my dad's personal preference, and so it's what mom always bought at the store when grocery shopping.. i still really like
It, and will buy and drink it when i can't get any of my favorite coffee, which is Cafe Bustelo ❤️

this coffee is fine if you've never had a really good coffee before, so if you really can't afford better coffee then just drink this all the time, after all, it's coffee right, lol

It's easy to criticize the coffee if you know what you're drinking. Do a double blind taste test with Folgers and several other "fancy" coffee, and we shall see if it still tastes "papery". All I see in this video is just coffee snobbery. Definitely not an "average joe" kind of review.

Mountain grown means that coffee is specifically growing in the mountains at high altitude at 2, 000-3, 500ft

Folgers tastes just fine. I dont notice any weird flavor mentioned 'cardboard' or 'papery'. I think you guys should get rid of prejudice on cheap coffee! Mass production coffee is cheap and good enough for poor people like me!
