for set-2 you can find 50 questions with detailed answers.

The above estimates were made based on the assumptions that there are no marks awarded to all/attempted by the official GATE board.

yaa... i can say that set -2 was tough as i had given 40-45 full length test and i was scoring around 50 -70 marks but this paper was like hell, only managed to attempt 36 questions.

some questions are too lenghty to read and undrstand ...
2-3 minutes are gone just to understand the qustn properly

i regret not joining Applied Course. A good portion of the GATE questions were covered in their Live Interaction problem solving sessions.
I joined another online coaching *which shall not be named (he recently joined unac$$$$y )*, couldn't understand even a single lecture of COA and DM and right now my chances of even clearing the cut off are looking bleak :(

24 hrs since the CS Shift 2 Paper and still a good answer key on atleast 55 Memory based questions not how, this proves how Hard the paper was, students don’t even remember the values 😷😤

similar analysis for the set2 paper as well, please? It would really be of great help to us.
And, how will the ranks be combined of both the papers in case of ties in ranks? Only a brief idea about the same would do.

Really cannot understand the logic of IIT behind setting such tough paper for 2nd shift and easier one to morning shift

Set 1 was also moderate, most institutes are still not able to solve all the questions, how can it be easy ?

Main issue was all new concepts were there, not based on pyqs in set 2. And, except question from dbms n algo, whatever similar question comes based on pyqs concept, it was damn lengthy.

So, we can't even tradeoff. This paper literally was not the paper to be set by IIT. Make it hard, but not lengthy at the same time. And they did both, introduced new concepts based questions, made the paper as lengthy as possible. An average student can't solve this paper literally in 4.5 hrs. That's how bad this paper suck. Thanks to apti, dbms, n algo. They quite saved me.
