Hi! Great video! I had two questions . 1) When antibodies are injected into our bodies, why doesn't the body see it as a non -self antigen ? 2) What happens to antibodies after the first immune response ? Do they die, or do they stay in the blood like memory cells do?

a little confusion, as you said memory cells are not produced in passive immunity. how come? what if Igs/antibodies are given then it makes sense that it will provide quick immunity and B-cells wont be activated and thus memory cells wont be produced. what if antigens are given (instead of Igs) in passive immunity then these antigens will be taken up by APCs then memory cells should be produced. right?

Why do some vaccines have long term immunity and why some have short term immunity even though both are introduced by a antigen?
And at 8:53 in passive artificial immunity it says that antigens are introduced via injection, so if antigen are introduced why there is not a immunity response and why does not it has long term immunity bcz as it is written that it is introduced in body by antigen?
