Once a Peeper Always a Peeper

The plaintiff says she lived in an illegal basement apartment at the defendant’s house, and it was like a house of horrors. From peeping Toms and no power to getting charged for extra things and entering without notice, it was a terrible experience. She is suing the defendant for double her security deposit. The defendant claims the plaintiff had a friend move in with her, and when he approached her about it, she became defensive. He doesn’t believe he owes the plaintiff any money.

First of all the defendant crossed way too many boundaries and Obviously doesn't the dos and don'ts of being a landlord. No landlord should be in a tenant's apartment without consent or when the tenant's not there. This man is a peeping Tom is something off about him and the plaintiff is right to move out.
