Second Stop on the Average Joe College Baseball Tour is at UC Irvine, at Cicerone Field at Anteater Ballpark, home of the Anteaters.
Cicerone Field is in my opinion, one of the most aesthetic College Baseball fields on the West Coast-- shoutout to the UC Irvine Grounds Crew!
Anteater Ballpark Facts: -Opened in 2002
- Stadium Seating Capacity: 908, plus approximately 2500 on grass berm
- Includes Hospitality Suite above third base dugout
- pretty sweet concession stands, with a wide variety of foods available
UC Irvine Baseball: - Conference: Big West
- 2007 and 2014 CWS Appearances
- 29 Winning Seasons in 43 years
- 8 seasons with 40+ wins
Notable Alumni: Keston Hiura, Brady Anderson
