How to make KFC Burger | KFC Chicken Burger Recipe

Try our fried Chicken recipe at home today. It is easy to make and is perfect these days when you're missing fried chicken at home.
Ingredients for Marination
-Chicken fillet
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp roasted garlic powder
-1/4 tsp ginger powder
-1 tbsp red chili powder
-3 tbsp red chili sauce
Ingredients for Dry Coating
-2 cups plain flour
-3/4 cup cornflour
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp chicken powder
-1/4 tsp roasted garlic powder
-1 tbsp red chili powder
Directions to Cook
-Hammer the chicken fillet and add them in a bowl.
-Add all the above mentioned ingredients for marination in the bowl.
-Mix it well and let it rest for 30 mins.
-Now in a separate bowl, add all the above mentioned dry ingredients.
-Now coat the marinated chicken in the dry ingredients very well.
-Dip it in a bowl of water for just a second and let the water drip and add it to the dry ingredients again for a second coating.
-After the second coating, the fillet is ready to be fried.
-Make sure that the oil is hot before frying the chicken.
-Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken fillet on medium heat on 7-8 mins.
-Once the fillet is properly fried and teh outer skin feels crispy.
-Have the fillet on its own or try it with some bun with sauce and lettuce.
-Enjoy!!!
