Testing on Windows 10 Home. After running bat file & restart, you cant open any programs or even system tools. For restore OS, you should 1) long press power to turn off PC; 2) Start PC, & when you will see loading screen, repeat long press turn off; 3) Power On PC (full load) 4) Repeat Power off (using physical button as before) 5) Run PC It should start Restore System screen. After that, you can use Restore Point for restore your OS.

Whoever made this video will not reply to any questions because it's a crap post video.
It uses the same batch file that's been going around a lot of these other garbage videos.
This batch file doesn't actually work.
