This song is too beautiful...
I’ve recently just got out of a 6yr relationship at the beginning of this year... it was a mutual agreement.. it took us a while to notice how distant we were becoming to each other. Just following the same “routine”...I needed to be happy and find myself again, because with loving him I lost myself.. leaving him was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. This song defiantly brought me to tears.

Every once in a while I like to listen to this song. My 3 year old son is named Lukas, after the singer. Me and his dad loved this song when I was pregnant with him and could not agree on a name. The day I had him, this song was playing on the radio and I said, "what about Lukas with a K?" He loved it!! We are no longer together but I definitely think about him when I hear this song.

Wow! How is it that I’m finally just discovering this song now... it’s funny how I was thinking about my 5 years relationship, and this song came up on my recommended list. Me and my BF had lots of problems during our second year and this song reminds me of it. I’m glad that me and the bf were able to overcome our obstacles. For anyone who is going through a tough time, know your worth. Work on your relationship but know when it’s no longer anything more than just memories. If you reminisce more on memories than what you have now... maybe it’s time to move on.
