How to 'unlock' the 'hidden' Priority Service & Super Priority Visa Service

Is the 'Priority' and 'Super Priority' service not showing when you complete your visa application?
If you have only the 'standard' service showing, this can be really bad news, because you may have to wait several weeks - more likely, months - before you get a decision.
But if you prepare the visa form in a different way, you can get a different result. Let me show you how.
This is to share a quick tip.
If you select that you do have an EEA passport OR that you don't, but you have a BRP, then it routes you down the new app. It asks slightly different questions, and, importantly, does NOT give you the option to select the Priority Service or the Super Priority Service.
It ONLY gives you the option for the 'Standard' Service.
NOW, its important of course to make sure that the correct information is given.
So if you need to select that, for example, you do not have a BRP, to unlock the better (fully functioning) form, then you absolutely must also enter your BRP afterwards. It prompts you to give the number. No misrepresentation is given for this reason, but I would recommend including a cover letter, explaining that the 'new' application is not fully functioning.

Hi all! I got super priority last night!! I saw on Reddit that due to daylight savings, it can either be released at 12am or 1am. If you're applying from Oct - March, check 12am. The latter, check 1am.

Mine worked exactly at 1am Monday morning. I logged in and signed out on my laptop from 12:55am every 10 seconds till 1am. The key is you have to sign out (don't refresh the page). Hopefully this will help some of you guys out there! Good luck!!

I can certify with certainty that the appointments are released at 12AM UK time. For the past few days I have been trying to book a super priority appointment for my husband. I googled and came across a lot of posts saying to check at 1am and I did that for about 3 days nothing. Then I came across this video and somebody mentioned in comment section that they tried at 12am so today I did and bingo I finally got an appointment. I am so glad I read comments here because I kept going to check at 1am which was not working for few days but then the 12am definitely did work.

Happy to report that when I refreshed the page at exactly midnight, the super premium offer appeared and I was able to get it. The option had not appeared all day - but at midnight I had success. 16/11/2023

I read about the suggestions to refresh at around 1am but I didn't believe it as I have ben trying for a couple of days. Alas! I got it last night at exactly 1:01am. So, my advice is for you to keep trying between 12:55am and 1:15am. I got the option for super priority in the end, not sure it's worth celebration (as I had to pay the fee immediately lol) but yeah, I got it, and I am relieved as I cannot stomach having to wait 6 months for a decision. So many things are at stake, and waiting 6 months will do no good to me lol. IT WORKS !!.

Good morning and many thanks for your advice. I kept refreshing the page from 23.50 to 0059 and it allowed Super priority at 1 am UK time on the dot. Done and dusted now but appointments for Biometric are scarce and expensive. God bless.

Hi Tom. Can you let everyone know if the 'glitch' with Super Priority processing has been fixed? In other words, do applicants still need to state NO when asked if they have a BRP in order for the option of Super Priority to be provided? An update would be great! Thank!

To access priority service you will need to refresh the "service option" page at sharp 12am and it will appear for a limited time. Its pretty straightforward 😊

I got priority service yesterday at exact 1 am bst (12 am bst). Keep refreshing and around 1 am it pops up. But please note, UKVCAS is charging extra 150-200 pounds for the appointment.

I have tried the steps that you demonstrated at Video but I am still not getting priority or super priority options.  Then I contacted the UKBA. They mentioned that if these options are not showing means currently those services are fully booked they are not available, they also mentioned that they don't know when these services will be available again.

I got a super priority appointment at 1 a.m this morning. My advise is to keep trying after 12 a.m. you are likely to get an appointment by 1 am atleast.
