There's a Dutch game where you do the same thing, but you drop nails instead of pens. The game is called "Spijkerpoepen", which literally means "Shitting nails".

In the Netherlands we have a similar game with a big nail on a string and we call it “spijkerpoepen”. “Spijker” is the Dutch word for a nail and “poepen” is our verb for doing number 2...
