I can kind of simplify my personal inflation- EVERYTHING I buy has gone up, except some electronics which I only replace every 10 years or so. The % may be subject to debate but my rent is up 40% in the past 10 years, while the official government stated CPI has gone up by under 10% during the same time frame. I have not moved, this is in the same apt. EVERY FOOD item I buy has gone up, and while I don't track them precisely I am sure that all except a couple of staple items have gone up faster than the official inflation rate.

Excellent video - just look at the portions and sizes of the goods in the basket - maybe they don't raise the price - but they make the portions smaller of the goods -An indirect price hike and inflation - you end up with a basket of smaller goods !

An idea to a new video, is the expenses for stock tools

After seeing alot of your videos, I would like acces to stockopidia, fastgraph and tradingview. If you only have european + american stocks in your stockopidia profil. And you only use the free version of tradingview. You would still have to pay 1200-1400 dollars a year. And you are using pro´s version and more stock tools, so what are your expenses? And what minimum would you recommend to small budget (50.000 dollar) traders.

Great - really like the theory of these videos 👍🏻 Just wanted to add the small detail that the rent that is not affordable in the study is a Fair Market Rent, which is defined at the 40th percentile of rents, in order to represent "decent housing". Not that it makes the statistic much more uplifting.
