For me it's either Kaido extreme diff or Shanks extreme diff

Kaido realistically cannot take a barrage from Shanks but the only time we really saw Kaido at his most serious it was after he was through like 10000 fights with no rest while lifting his country. Kaido with nothing to nerf him probably would live up to his hype of winning any and every 1v1

The outcome of such a fight was decided much earlier. The author didn't say for nothing, "If the fight is one on one, Kaido wins". Unfortunately, what we will see with Shanks does not change what was previously clarified by the author. PS: I love Shanks too but its a fact.

Endurance is going to Shanks. When his arm was severed, it was almost as if nothing had happened. He remained completely calm and continued smiling and talking to Luffy. Kaido is oblivious to the pain because his durability is high. This makes him more sensitive to injuries.
