Hello, I'm Brazilian and I really appreciate sound quality and for hearing about this brand, Jabra I ended up buying a Jabra Elite 65t Earphone. However, in a few days, the right sludge has stopped coming out. not one how can i solve it can you guide me?

My 65t elite are about 2 months old and they have this problem where it will connect work for a bit then disconnect (they are fully charged) these headphones are very nice and very expensive I really need to know what to do. So far they have been great but I need this problem to be fixed

Jabra, i bought the 65t elite yesterday and i tried about 10 times to pair them to my phone and for some reson the light doesn't show up in blue it only shows up in green and red and they won't show up on my bluetooth menu (my phone is galaxy s8 with the recent version) the case is fully charged and so as the earbuds what can i do?

My earbuds don’t connect automatically. Like everytime I try to connect it it’s say pairing error i gotta factory reset it and then pair..it’s getting annoying a bit and even a hassle .
Secondly it’s audio over the call has suddenly detoriated and mic is having a issue as well the bud is like making a hissing like sound and once if like I’m watching video over WhatsApp and if it gets over, it’ll make some noise weird one .. everytime even on YouTube it’s making issue, if a preview is being played, it’ll make a hissing sound till preview is played and later that beep. The beep is actually when u end the call. It’s getting really annoying
