Finite element analysis through ABAQUS Chapter 1 (6 Frame modeling)

Tutorial: In this video, displacement and force response in a FRAME, with an inclined column, under applied line load is obtained through stiffness matrices using EXCEL. Then, a line model is made in the ABAQUS software, where we visualize its response and verify our model. Introduction to the TRANSFORMATION MATRIX, the use of EXCEL to solve problems related to FEM, and the use of CONSISTENT UNITS in ABAQUS, are also provided.
