In the case of the two door, where the spacer in the front (1 inch) is shorter than the rear spacer (1.5 inch), how does apparently raising the rear more than the front correct the factory nose-down rake? Isn't the solution to raise the front higher relative to the rear to correct?


Is it because the front springs are at a higher spring rate and spaces there will have a more dramatic effect? Found it, "Shorter spacers in the front corrects the factory nose-up rake on JL 2-Door models."

Installed 1 inch Teraflex spacers front and rear on my JL Unlimited Sahara- this video helped a lot! Thanks!
On another note, I had to adjust my steering wheel, that was simple. However the vehicle pulls pretty bad to the right now that the lift has been installed. Tires are all at 35 psi and I followed this install step by step.
Anyone else experience this? Guess I need to have an alignment. However, most say an alignment is not necessary after a small lift.

Why would you need to loosen the control arms? Shouldn't they already move freely when tightened?

Seems to me if your doing all this work you might as well buy new springs instead of putting spacers
