We flush the A/C lines in a Lexus IS300 during a compressor and condenser replacement project. Check the other videos and the list of parts below if you are doing this and need anything else.

You can buy that flush can on Amazon if you can't borrow locally from autoparts store.

Am going to be honest, I'm surprised you release this video with so many errors, I mean that hose? High pressure? And you have it sitting on the bucket with no support.

Use Coleman fuel. It costs less than half as much and does a bang-up job. It also evaporates quickly.

I like the mod to the metering valve, making it a coupling while keeping the lines intact when flushing. Great demonstration, thank you! The mess is part of it because having clean lines is key.

Why did you need to drill the Expansion valve? Cant you just flush out the evap from the suction and the HP line behind the expansion valve?

Hey binh when you say drill out the hole bigger on the expansion valve. Do you just drill out the side walls of the hole and not touch the tiny little pin or do you drill out the pin inside the tiny hole also. Also what size drill bit do you drill it out into if you dont mind me asking.
