Stage 12 covers 178.7km from Bra to Rivoli in the north-west of Italy. After an undulating day in the saddle, there's a big sting in the tail for those wanting to claim stage victory - Colle Braida (9.8km at 7.1%) - which peaks with 28km to go.

I can't understand why Formolo was in the breakaway today. Tomorrow is on off the most important days for the GC, and UAE let Formolo burn a lot of energy when they have Almeida on the top 3.

Next year please a Mountain stage in Piemonte It s Fausto Coppi and Costante Girardengo land..and please second week something more interesting..there s only tomorrow stage ..if It wasn t (unfortunately for them) because of covid, bad weather and crashes It would have been a really boring edition.. please bring back the legend of Giro d Italia or It s gonna turn soon to be the third Gran Tour race
