Seems quite expensive. Going to have a million dollars in a place to park your Coach and a tiny home. I suppose it appeals to some but I bought my coach to travel to different places, not to plant more roots.

There are a number of nice up-level RV resorts in the greater Ft. Myers area. This seems like a relatively expensive resort, but the sites are big and offer some unique options, such as keeping your trailer on your lot and open to Super C coaches. Personally I would find trailers on lots not to be so attractive. I also noticed that this resort "only" has 2 pickleball courts and it is very close to a busy road leading to road noise. As usual, excellent video though.
