3:06 aside from the steepness and most likely slippery surface for walking, that ramp shouldn't have gone to the road and block the gutter. at the very least, they should have put a tube for the water to pass under it. now the water will pour onto the road. it may not cause floods but it will definitely cause pooling/puddling in the middle.

i wonder what types of vehicles will be using that ramp for them to make the incline that gradual. or they also want to "extend" the sidewalk so their cars can fit when parked.

Does the LGU cover the villages? or subdivision? here in Sorrento Village San Mateo Rizal? I wish MMDA should buy modern tow trucks that only takes 5 mins to tow a vehicle instead of 30 mins to 1 hour. There modern tow trucks that are being used here in Florida, USA. MMDA can set-aside a budget dollars to buy these trucks. It will be cost efficient and does not need a lot of personnel to hire if you look at the cost-savings.
