Did you know that celling of mongolian ger can be used as a clock? Sun light reflects on the roof window and directs towards one of the sticks holding the celling.

love the Ger, i helped a friend build a yurt in alaska, i loved it, i would like to know what do they burn in there stoves to stay warm and i guess to cook, they live in very remote areas with no trees.
