Cochinillo de Segovia is a suckling pig so tender, it can be cut by plates. It's found only in Segovia, Spain at Mesón de Cándido. Restaurant owner Luis Alberto Cándido carves the pig then shatters the plate on the ground to signify his welcome.

I don't know why some people are triggered in the comments. I'm Filipino, and the pig would be called "Lechon." It's a delicassy in the Philippines. It's probably because of the pig's head and legs with the guy cutting it with a plate. If the head and lower half of the pig were cut off, people would comment otherwise.

I mean, it looks fine to me when you realize that most of the part that a lot of people don’t eat is just cartilage, skin and fat. I wouldn’t eat the pig’s feet because that too much fat for me in one bite (tried it before) . And hey, it’s better than most processed ham you get in America and you know it doesn’t have weird ingredients.

Just have an open mind so they you can explore the good things in life instead of judging things when you first encounter them. If you don’t then you’ll miss out on all the fun
