This makes me think of Alek Minassian. He was the young man in Toronto who drove a rented van on the sidewalk like he was a GTA character before unsuccessfully attempting su!c!de by cop. His lawyer attempted to argue that his autism diagnosis (specifically Asperger’s) was the reason why he went on his k!ll!ng spree.

I went to high school with Alek, we were in the same Asperger’s program. This infuriated me, because as any sane and honest person will attest to, autism is very much NOT an excuse for violence.

It’s not the same thing with a brain tumour, a disability will influence you, whereas brain trauma can actually direct you. But neither of these are justifications. It doesn’t matter if you’re sick or just confused/frustrated, the moment you inflict suffering on others is the moment you aren’t allowed to be free in society anymore.

At that point, the only difference in mental affliction is whether you should be remanded to a penitentiary or a psychiatric facility.

Anger is the most overlooked symptom of illness, injury, and disease. We detest these people to some degree. Evil is a religious concept.

This is wrong.Evil is an outside influence on humanity not necessarily on physical reality. It can be overcome because it is only the fourth most powerful source of energy in existhere are 3 others that the fourth cannot hold a candle too.
