Meal 1: Whole Eggs, Chicken Sausage or Turkey Bacon & Kale or Spinach cooked in Healthy Fats & Avocado & Berries.

Uhgggg I need my half and half I just gave up the coffee mate a year ago. I eat all this things but I still do about 3 tablespoons of half and half a day. I do buy organic at least. Or I use some goat milk in my coffee.

This is awesome! I just received my hormonal reset bundle and took my probiotics and the indole 3 carbinol as directed on the bottles and had two eggs and a smoothie with lactose free yogurt protein powder blueberries and strawberries with oat milk and sunflower and hemp butter. Hope that was a good breakfast. Your advice is always welcome and appreciated beyond words.
