SOLVED! Troubleshooting Save Print Output As Windows 10

Frustrated by the fact that every time you want to print something on your Windows 10 PC, it only opens a Save Print Output As dialogue box? For most of the time, such a behavior is triggered by the default printer configuration so you should check it out. Also, it's a good idea to make use of the Printer troubleshooter, remove and re-add the printer, etc.

nothing works. it works 1 time then issue comes back again. ill reset it and see how it goes
