When narcissists are stonewalling, I have to remove myself from them and try to avoid all contact with them. Because it's highly disturbing, stressful, and very draining. It's healthier to walk away from them as soon as they're doing this and not feed them any energy.

Stonewalling is bs. So lame, it creates a distress and it's hard to not feel what it does to you.
Screw people whom do that to you/me.
It's lame to behave like that, be respectful and respond. But nah, they rather draw it out and when they choose, then u can move forward/ deal with whatever it is u were left in limbo over. Makes my heart race, my stomach hurt, feel panicked, and sad. It's pretty shity.
