Was Tusk the only candidate? When the result was read out no other name was mentioned, only 495 for 115 against (or something along those figures). Another fix !

The clue is in the name. If you wish to identify the world's worst dictatorships the clue is usually in the name. They usually call themselves the people's democratic... or the democratic people's... or some combination there of.
What you can be sure of is they have little to do with the people or democracy. A more appropriate name might be "The we know best party" or "The do as we say not as we do party".
