I don't know if Trump knows Putin or Zelensky well, but as an Italian who has worked in Ukraine I can assure you that the Ukrainians will not give up even an inch of their territory even if they were forced to fight with slingshots...

As a Finn who has been to Russia several times, know the Russian mentality and how Putin works, I can confirm that Harris' comment was SPOT ON. Also, if it's unclear to any MAGA nut out there - we did in fact laugh at Trump and were relieved when Biden won in 2020. Biden and Harris stand for the same values as Europe does, when Trump would sell his country for Putin staying one night at his hotel.
