Would absolutely suggest trying either Leap or Tumbleweed from OpenSUSE!!

Hey, thanks for your videos, they're really helpful! Would you recommend buying a similar laptop? I am also looking to switch from a Macbook to Linux and currently choosing between ThinkPad X1 Carbon and X1 Extreme. I would love the bigger better screen and better performance, but I'm afraid of the Nvidia issues.
Also, in what graphics mode do you usually keep your Thinkpad, and do you use an extra monitor? I read that the laptop needs to be in discrete mode for that, since the ports are connected to the Nvidia card. Did you maybe have any trouble connecting things? I would love to hear more about your thoughts and experience
